Pilates lessons

This training method can suit everyone, even those who can’t or don’t want to work with fitness equipment that sometimes seem intimidating.

Although there is hardly any work with weights, it is definitely possible to achieve aesthetic results while strengthening the body.

In the Pilates class we focus on strengthening the core muscles of the body.

We work mainly on the abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles, thus improving our posture and daily function.
